Nous sommes passés un vendredi soir un peu par hasard, et nous avons été super bien reçus par une jeune fille et son père qui était aux cuisines.
Pour diner le principe est simple : vous faites votre choix, parmi un large buffet de viandes crues toutes plus alléchantes les unes que les autres et issues des filières locales. Et le chef vous sert le produit grillé, avec l’accompagnement à votre goût.
Cerise sur le gateau, nous découvrons que le week-end, c'est "spécialités éthiopiennes". Nous revenons donc déjeuner le samedi suivant et là que du plaisir, des plats colorés et délicieux et nous faisons connaissance avec la charmante maman qui ce jour là est aux cuisines pour faire découvrir les spécialités de son pays.
Lors de notre prochain passage à Tarbes nous y retournerons sans hésiter avec un grand plaisirTraduction
We dropped by on a Friday evening, somewhat by chance, and were warmly welcomed by a young woman and her father, who was working in the kitchen. For dinner, the principle is simple: you choose from a wide buffet of raw meats, each more tempting than the last, sourced locally. The chef serves the grilled meat with a side dish of your choice. The icing on the cake is that we discover that the weekend is for "Ethiopian specialties." So we return for lunch the following Saturday, and there's nothing but pleasure, colorful and delicious dishes, and we get to know the charming mother who is working in the kitchen that day, introducing us to the specialties of her country. On our next visit to Tarbes, we will definitely return with great pleasure.

De passage dans la région... Petite découverte du jour... Nous avons été très bien accueillies par une jeune femme souriante et installées en terrasse. Qualité et quantité au RDV (très bonne surprise avec les oignons en garniture 😉) TRÈS BON RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX Merci !

Nous avons déjeuné un mercredi midi. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes régalés. La viande était fondante, ie les frites sont faites maison. Très bon rapport qualité prix à l'issue du repas. Nous reviendrons. Ludo et Marie.
